Is thinking of becoming pregnant as a teen bad?
Thinking about it isn't what's bad. Acting on it is. Every little girl wants to grow up and be a mother. The problem is, you haven't grown up enough. Not yet anyways. You need to live a little. Go to your prom, hang out with your friends, have your first minimum wage job. Study hard, go to college, land a good job in your career, meet the right man, and then settle down to start a family. You're not financially stable right now. You don't have a home of your own. You probably aren't in a very stable, long-lasting relationship. You have no high school diploma. You don't have your own health insurance, so the baby would be put on your parents or get medicaid. Just think about all of the things that you and your baby will miss out on if you act on this whim right now. Hold off until you are ready in every aspect.
