What should I do with my hair?

Okay, for the past year I've been growing my hair out. In December of last year, I got my hair all "scene" & choppy. It didn't look good all teased so I always straightened it & left the thick layers & bangs down. I hated it so much because my layers would always curve in, it was annoying. So my used-to-be-layers are now down to the middle of my back & the front & back is all even. My used-to-be-bangs however are a different story. They're right above my & I hate how they go in my eyes so I tuck them behind my ear & they look weird. As for my color, I've never dyed my hair my entire life. My hair's a natural golden blonde color & looks some-what like Lauren Conrad's hair. Everyone tells me that my hair color is gorgeous but I'm bored with it. I'm pale, I have BRIGHT green eyes, & have a square face shape. What should I do to my hair?
