Is my Friend Actually Gay???!!!!?

Well my best friend keeps doing weird things, and has a sorta high pitched voice. Some of the things he does are brush up against me whenever he can, when i was younger i ignored it, and didnt know it was weird, but now im getting suspicious. Also he seems to warp his hands around my upper thigh, and thats really creepy. Also i will notice him getting in a deep stare at me, and he seems to be wobbling around after a minute.. is this weird? Please Help!
