A/C and Heat Pump Issues?

I was pretty health conscious person ...I ate healthy .I drank green smoothies .I know what's good for me and what's not However since coming to college I was eating crap out of bags 3+ times a day. Any advice for a natral child birth?

I am 26 weeks pregnat with my forth child. This will be my first attempt at an unmedicated childbirth. I had epidurals with my other three, one of which didnt begain to work until after the baby was born. How can I erase Dry Erase marker off of something?

So, I managed to get a sign, formerly pointing out an event, but which I thought I could put to other uses. There was a wooden post, a flat wooden board, and then the part which was flat, and felt to the touch kind of like a dry-erase board. The back side was even white, so I wrote on it, and it came off with a little effort when I tried erasing. Problem was, when I let the marker stay on for a little while, it stops coming off so easily. I guess it was some sort of plastic. I just want to consolidate all the advice into one plan. So January 2010, I have run two sub 24 minutes 5 Ks and have set a target of running 5K in 20 minutes by December. Now do you think taking just under 5 minutes off my time in one year may be too much? How much can I take off every month from my time. Also what kind of things do you suggest I do for training and eating. I like to eat snacks and don't want to cut them out. I eat healthy meals and drink a lot of water. I run 3/4 times a week and do a couple abs work outs too but no weights. I haven't done any speed work as such as I prefer to just run the distance I choose to run on a given day but I will incorporate one speed work out a week. Thanks a lot.

My heat quit working, so i checked my furnace. The pilot light is still burning fine so i checked the thermostat. The mercury is moved to cut the system on, but it does not spark and I think i see where a connection may be broke. i used a piece of aluminum foil to make the connection to see if that was it, but that did not work either. So now i don't know if there is something else i can do or what. The connection i am refering to is at the end of the mercury. Cisco Fiber to Fiber Connection Not Ping DHCP?

We have a cisco 3560 with the four mini gbic modules. The modules 1 and 2 are setup to make a ring around our campus. modules 3 and 4 were not used. we also had a 3com 1100 with a 100MB fiber module on the back going to another building feeding into a 10/100 fiber to ethernet module then to a dumb switch. we decided to up that link to Gb and so we plugged into the 3rd Gbic on the 3560. it was preconfigured by our old admin with vlan 3. gbic 1 and 2 are on vlan 2 and gbic 4 is on vlan 4. I took a 2950 over to the building and plugged the fiber going into the 10/100 ethernet converter into the 2950 gbic. setup the Ip and gateway. I get green link lights on the gbic in the 2950 and the 3560 and status reports "line protocol link status up" but when i connect my laptop the ethernet comes back limited or no connectivity. I am not getting dhcp. i setup the default gateway in the 2950 via the web interface. *note: the only way i could get to the web interface was to set the ethernet adapter

I've got these itchy, red bumps that keep appearing all over, NOT fluid filled, not hives, not bites. Ideas?

I've already had chicken pox not once, not twice, but possibly 3 times! It just doesn't look like pox, because they are not fluid filled. They can't be bug bites, and they don't seem to be hives or shingles. They're small like flea bites, but I've been developing them for at least 4 days, and have been traveling for the last 2 days, so I've ruled out bedbugs or fleas or the like. They've even started developing on the bottom of my feet and the palms of my hands!!! SO uncomfortable and itchy (though not particularly painful, just annoying). What could it possibly be?

i was doing squats and lunges last night at the gym with free weights, woke up and my left outter side of my thigh all the way down to my knee hurts. Painful to walk. I am 25 years old, educated college graduate, great career, new car, new apartment, loving family....and severly depressed. I do not want to live anymore. I have been depressed and suicidal for the last 10 years or so, but have never attempted suicide...guess I'm too scared of the unknown. I've tried medications, talking to people, exercising, just about everything. I pray and read my Bible often and thats the only thing that keeps me going...I just dont know how much more I can handle. I'm unhappy on a daily basis. I have severe mood swings, and some of my friends dont want to deal with me anymore because I'm getting on their nerves with my attitudes. If it wasn't for the shame I would cause my family I probably would have committed suicide a long time ago. I just dont want to put my family through that pain. I feel I'm better off without this world..and I wanna let myself out!!

I know a child who may have Fragile X syndrome? Has anyone experienced this & what are the long term effects?

I have done a lot of research about it and have found out that it occurs mainly in boys. The little boy I know is developmentally and physically slow for his age. He did not start walking until around 18 months. (He is know a little over 2 years old) He has a very limited vocabulary. My child is the same age as him, but there is a big difference between their level of comprehension and understanding. I am in the medical field and have not heard of this syndrome until know. You can do all the research that you want but they don't really give you what the long term effects are? I am really hoping to hear from someone who has a child with this syndrome or someone who know someone who has a child with this syndrome.

All great choices; except the Volvo.I would stay away from them. One of my friends' bought an S40 and the seats are terrible, and he wished he bought a BMW 530i like mine. let me get this straight...you are considering denying a subsidized loan (need based loan that the government will pay the interest on while in school) for a private loan that will accrue interest once the moeny is disburse to you. Hmmmm. I guess go for the private loan. The loan will be divide between the fall and spring semester. Just because your cost of attendance is 16,000 per yr does not mean you will acutally pay 16000 for the year. That is just a generalization. Meaning, significant amount of students will pay significantly less. You will be to determine how much it will cost you within the 16,000. So, calculate how many credits you plan on taking and multiply it by 2 and figure out how much housing cost per year. Then add in books, make sure they are used. This is your cost for the year. I recommend you get a part-time job to ist with the cost.

I am an itant Preschool teacher in NC. We teach our children their ABC's and what each letter sounds like. We do numbers, colors, shapes, calander, and weather. We also incorporate science throughout the day and week. Kids here are supposed to know how to read when they get out of kindergarten. If it was my cl (we are a daycare, so it's not state mandated), I would have sight words as well. Spelling his name is good, and it's normal for him to spell it out of order (as long as he's writing in order, get what I'm saying?) and up-side-down and even backwards. Matching is good. Kindergarten used to be a place for socializing, but with the push-down of academics, it's much like 1st grade used to be. Just make sure he's getting lots of experiences, and that you are showing, explaining, and talking about things. Find out what he's super interested in, and use that to teach him new things. On walks talk about flowers and trees and walking safety. When at home encourage him to be independent with things that he is capable of doing himself. If he's really attached, try to get him in a program that gets him away from you for a little while, if not everyday then at least 2 or 3 times a week. It will make the separation easier. Workbooks are really good, too. I'm not for making a child sit for long periods of time, but that's what they're going to be doing for the majority of their day in school. Try maybe 10 or 15 minutes everyday and get him to write his letters and numbers. You can get character themed ones at the Dollar Tree. When you read, ask him questions during the book (like, what do you think is going to happen next?) and at the end of the book. These ensure he is getting the story, and also builds his cognitive skills. He sounds like he will do fine in Kindergarten, but keep working with him, it's always nice to have parents that don't rely on teacher's to do everything.

I usually keep my email pword protected, but recently I had problems w/my PC & my OS had to be reinstalled. I neglected to reinstall the pword protection on my .pst files. I have remote access to my PC via LogMeIn & one day I called in sick. I was well enough to periodically check my email & I accessed my PC remotely. I've heard of that happening. Specifically in terms of math/science equations. Some people just "see" the result better than being able to sequentially work their way through. It's a global, intuitive way rather than ytical. There's nothing wrong with it--it's just against the traditional school's ytical, sequential approach to most things. And I've also heard of mathematicians/scientists getting a "Eureka!" as the result of a dream. Seems to me there have been some famous scientists who have had that happen, but it was a loooong time ago when I read this stuff, so the names are gone.

I recently got a Casio CTK-720 keyboard after selling my piano (not enough room in my house for a large piano anymore). I mostly play clical music, so obviously there have been a lot of differences between the two. I know that I can get a sustain pedal for my keyboard. However, is there any way to increase the sensitivity of the keyboard keys? On a piano, a note can sound louder or softer depending on how much force you use when playing. This adds a lot of variation to a song. Is this effect possible to achieve with keyboards? Thanks!
