Righties: should corporations get major tax incentives only if they keep jobs here in america?

that would be one way to boost the economy wouldn't it? why continue giving billionaires mive tax cuts just so they can keep that money AND send the jobs overseas for cheap labor? Also, what should we do to improve educational standards to prepare people with the knowledge and qualifications to perform in professional jobs? Can we stop with the birth certificate and muslim stuff and talk about issues that affect americans? ALL americans. black unemployment is twice that of whites. how do we tackle that problem. I know you hate affirmative action despite this fact. I want to reach out and see if anyone wants to tackle real issues minus the back and forth partisan rhetoric. Is this possible?
