Hard Times, Wtf can i do?

I NEED a job. I was planning on going into the Army, i got my GED just so i could join the Army. That was a YEAR ago, its just not working out. It's either "since u gotta GED you need to score twice as high as high school level on the asvab" or "now u have to wait 3 months to retest" or "im still waiting to hear something" I'm really on the verge of just saying to hell with it. I use to be a big pothead and all that crap, i quit that life style. So i can change, be a better person... Well since ive been on the road to a "better person" ive just not been happy, with anything. I need a job, im 20, never had a car never had a drivers licence never had a apartment cant support a real relationship cause im broke, my parents are poor, i never got that "first car" that daddy bought to get me started. Parents have no car, when i do land a job, ill have no dependable transportation. I dont have any work experience, other than working at a dock for a temp service. What should i do? what CAN i do
