Please help everyone im so confused.?

Run... don't walk, RUN!!... this girl seems like a nutcase. From what I read it seems like you have a grasp on the situation but she has no idea what's going on and from the sounds of it could care less. It sounds like her family is mixed up as well, not getting the things to finish the wall but bitching to her because it wasn't finished. I'd run the other way and never look back.
