Who should i start for fantasy football this week between.....?

Cedric Benson (Chi RB, going against Dallas) or javon walker (DEN WR, going against jacksonville). In my league we are awarded 1 point for every 10 yards and 6 points for a touchdown, please ize based on that scoring. thankyou!
