I've got these itchy, red bumps that keep appearing all over, NOT fluid filled, not hives, not bites. Ideas?

I've already had chicken pox not once, not twice, but possibly 3 times! It just doesn't look like pox, because they are not fluid filled. They can't be bug bites, and they don't seem to be hives or shingles. They're small like flea bites, but I've been developing them for at least 4 days, and have been traveling for the last 2 days, so I've ruled out bedbugs or fleas or the like. They've even started developing on the bottom of my feet and the palms of my hands!!! SO uncomfortable and itchy (though not particularly painful, just annoying). What could it possibly be?
