2000 dodge caravan heating problems?

My heater is not working properly. The blower is fine, and works on all the settings for the high to low speed, but I have no heat coming out. I think this could be vacuum related, because I cannot swap from the vent. If I try to use the floor or defrost, it will not change, Does anyone have any ideas where the vacuum hoses come in?
